Flvto - Copyright Claims

1. Copyright Policy

Flvto respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been infringed upon, please follow the procedure outlined below to file a copyright complaint.

2. How to Report Copyright Infringement

  • A description of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  • Your statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which Flvto may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the notification of infringement.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable law, Flvto has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users who are repeat infringers. Flvto may terminate access to the Service for users who have repeatedly infringed the copyrights of others.
